Riverland Lending Services (RLS) was founded by a group of local business people who saw a need for an independent finance brokerage that would put customers first and find them the most suitable finance package.

The cornerstone of RLS's business philosophy is meeting the customer's needs. Our loyalty is to our clients and that is the big difference between RLS and the banks and finance companies.

RLS has focused on employing staff with years of experience in their area of expertise.

This, along with accreditations with over 50 lenders, including the major banks, allows RLS to assess customer needs and select the most suitable loan package from the best products in the market.

Most of our services are free as the lender chosen by the customer pays us a fee for introducing the customer to them. This means the customer gets an independent advisory service for no extra cost over going directly to the bank.

Customers are also able to get lower interest rates and fees because they have access to such a large number of loan products when they use our services.

This has led to widespread customer satisfaction and enabled us to grow our business largely by customer referrals.

RLS's way of doing business has been so well accepted by customers over the past few years that we now service agents and other finance brokers throughout Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia. We also have helped set up offices and agents in Sunraysia, Swan Hill, Hamilton, Albury, Dubbo and Deniliquin.
