RLS does not charge to conduct an initial appraisal for clients and, with that in mind, it’s recommended the first step is to call the office and have a chat with one of the company’s loan specialists.

In addition to free appraisals on new loan products, the free appraisal service has proven to be particularly useful for those concerned that they may be paying more interest on their existing loans than is absolutely necessary.
